:: ENTRÉE PLATES ::

• Stuffed Chicken
  Prosciutto, basil and feta stuffed chicken breast with potato au gratin, sautéed spinach and a basil cream sauce



• N.Y. Steak
  Steak served with grilled vegetables, potato au gratin, horseradish sauce and garlic herb butter



• SautÉed Salmon
  Sautéed salmon served with a caper cream sauce, roasted shallot asparagus and soft polenta

:: FRESH BISTRO SALADS ::

• Chicken Caesar
  Crisp Romaine lettuce chopped and tossed in tangy Caesar dressing, grated fresh parmesan, toasted croutons, and sliced grilled chicken breast



• Spinach and Fig
  Young spinach greens, quartered dried figs topped with feta and supreme of grapefruit tossed in balsamic vinaigrette



• Grilled Marinated Vegetable
  Zucchini, squash, red and green peppers, and red onion, grilled and tossed in a balsamic marinate and laid on a bed of baby spring mix



• Chinese Chicken
  Grilled Chicken on mixed greens, shredded carrots, mandarin oranges, white mushrooms, tossed in oriental dressing and topped with roasted almonds



• Cobb
  Crisp romaine lettuce topped with smoked turkey breast, hard boiled egg, cherry tomatoes and crumbled bleu cheese, and European cucumber
